Privacy
CINEYIELD minimizes collection. The early-access and contact forms store only the information described below. The site also records limited first-party audience events without advertising cookies, device identifiers or cross-site tracking.
Early-access information
We store email, optional professional category, optional research question, consent version and time, landing page, campaign, referral category and referring hostname. We do not request investment details or sensitive project information.
First-party measurement
CINEYIELD records page views, deep article reads, early-access signups and outbound source clicks in aggregate. Stored event fields are the page path, broad referral category, referring hostname, campaign, content type and time. The CINEYIELD event table does not store cookie IDs, device IDs, full referring URLs or IP addresses. Hosting infrastructure may process routine security and delivery logs.
Contact and corrections
The private queue stores email, request category, message, privacy-notice version and time, plus optional name, organization and relevant page URL. It does not create a public profile. Do not submit confidential deal or sensitive personal information.
Purpose and retention
Information is used to operate early access, understand audience needs, improve editorial coverage and measure search and referral performance. Aggregate event records are automatically removed after approximately 13 months. Early-access records are retained while the programme is active or until a valid deletion or unsubscribe request is fulfilled.
Choice and rights
Joining the mailing list requires an explicit communication-consent checkbox. Every production mailing must provide an unsubscribe mechanism. Privacy and deletion requests can be submitted through the private contact queue; do not submit sensitive information through either public form.

This operational notice documents the current product behavior but is not a substitute for legal advice. Processor details, cross-border transfers, governing entity information and jurisdiction-specific rights still require professional review before broad promotion or monetization.
